NB Distillers is a proudly Canadian small-batch distillery founded in 2013 in Welland, Ontario. Since inception, their mandate has been disciplined product development focused on mouthfeel, balance, and finish — delivering spirits that are consistently silky and smooth without sacrificing character.
Vodka From NB Distillers
They began with classic vodka and have since expanded into a differentiated vodka portfolio featuring:

- Chak De Whisky is a robust Canadian blend of corn, wheat, and rye
- Liquid Gold Whisky is crafted from corn and wheat for a softer, rounded profile
- Bridge 13 – 10 Year Old is a single-grain whisky distilled from Canadian sweet corn and aged to develop depth and complexity
NB Distillers Rum
In 2024, they expanded into rum with the launch of:
- 1967 Silver Rum,
- 1967 Aged Gold Rum,
- 1967 Dark Spiced Rum.
NB Distillers actively engages with consumers through regional events including Balls Falls Festival, Hospice Niagara events, Cabbagetown Festival Toronto, and multiple Niagara region farmers’ markets.

Signature Cocktail: Citrus and Whisky Highball
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Chak De Canadian Whisky
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 4–6 oz club soda
- 2 orange wheels (Cara Cara preferred, dehydrated if available)
- Fresh thyme, for garnish
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with large ice cubes
- Add Chak De Canadian Whisky
- Top with club soda
- Add two dashes of Angostura bitters and gently stir
- Garnish with orange wheels and a sprig of thyme
NB Distillers Spirits
NB Distiller's premium spirits are hand crafted from locally grown ingredients, and are available across Ontario through the LCBO, with Alberta distribution launching this summer.
Chak De Whisky
Chak De whiskey boasts a rich amber colour and is brimming with flavours of rich caramel, vanilla, citrus zest, and cinnamon.
Nose: Rich and smooth with notes of oak and vanilla
Palate: Hint of pepper and vanilla with a pleasant citrus zest and a twist of cinnamon
Finish: Long, sweet finish with honey and caramel
ABV: 45%

Liquid Gold Whisky
This is an exquisite and decadent whisky that is justifiably named Liquid Gold. Soft caramel couples with a fruity aroma and a luxurious mouthfeel.
Appearance: Golden amber with long legs
Nose: Toffee, fruit, and vanilla with a hint of bitter orange
Palate: Caramel sweetness, cinnamon and savory flavour, giving way to citrus zest and floral notes with a luxurious mouth feel
Finish: Medium to long with an earthy finish

Liquid Gold - Wine Whisky (Limited Edition)
Liquid Gold whisky finished in a wine cask.

Red Admiral Vodka
A small-batch handcrafted vodka. Made with clear, cold Canadian water, Red Admiral vodka is crisp and clean with a classic wheat flintiness. Excellent for mixing, yet smooth enough for sipping straight, or on the rocks.

Palate: Crisp, neutral flavour with a classic note of wheat flintiness

Impresso Espresso Coffee Vodka
Rich coffee flavor, with a slight bitter, and hints of dark roasted coffee.

Red Admiral Cardamom Vodka (Unsweetened)
Red Admiral vodka infused with unsweetened cardamom pods. Crisp and clean, this Indian inspired take on classic vodka is perfect on its own over ice, or in sparkling water, ice tea, hot chocolate or coffee.
Appearance: Clear
Nose: Floral, cardamom, with a mild hint of citrus
Palate: Crisp, classic note of wheat flintiness with a refreshing splash of cardamom
Finish: Soft finish with the natural sweetness of cardamom

Rose City Gin
Inspired by flavors and spices from India, classic gin is infused with cumin, cardamom, ginger, and red peppercorns.
Appearance: Clear
Nose: A classic juniper-forward dry gin, slightly spicy with hint of citrus
Palate: Juniper, giving way to a savoury flavour of angelica root, coriander seed and notes of cardamom with a soft citrus zest
Finish: Long and smooth, slightly warm, fading into classic Indian spices of ginger and peppercorn
ABV: 40%

Rose City & Hibiscus Flavoured Gin
Rose City Gin infused with rose petals and unsweetened hibiscus. Great on its own over ice, in tonic water, or with sparkling water.
Appearance: Pink, clear
Nose: Floral with strong rose notes
Palate: Rose with a hint of juniper
Finish: Short with juniper and hint of rose
ABV: 40%

Chak De Rum
Slightly warm with a punch of vanilla, coffee and a hint of pepper. This rum is versatile enough to be drank neat, on the rocks, or in a variety of cocktails.

Palate: Intense molasses, spice and brown sugar
